Inner Child Healing
During this session, we go back to your childhood through breathing techniques and quantum hypnosis.
Through these healing techniques, we release traumas that happened during your childhood, we change your limiting beliefs with beliefs that allow you to have a positive outlook on life and feel joy, because you are connected to your inner child again, and your inner child feels loved.
Each inner child healing is preceded by a short conversation about your childhood.
The session can be given in Dutch or English. And it can take place in Zoersel or online via zoom.

If you follow an online session, I advise you to put on a sleep mask and use earphones so you can sink a little deeper into your subconscious.

Tijdens deze sessie gaan we door middel van ademhalingstechnieken en quantum hypnosis terug naar je kindertijd.
Door deze healing technieken laten we trauma's die in je kindertijd zijn gebeurd los, we veranderen je limiting beliefs door beliefs die ervoor zorgen dat je positief in het leven staat en dat je vreugde voelt, doordat je in verbinding staat met je innerlijk kind en je innerlijk kind zich geliefd voelt.
Bij elke inner child healing hebben we eerst een kort gesprek over je kindertijd.
De sessie kan zowel in het Nederlands, als in het Engels. En ze kan doorgaan in Zoersel of online via zoom.

Als je online een sessie volgt, raad ik je aan om iets van slaapmasker op te zetten en oortjes te gebruiken waardoor je iets dieper in je onderbewustzijn kan zakken.
