Shipping and delivery
After placing the order, you will automatically receive an email containing the order confirmation and the return form. As soon as your parcel is scanned in the Bpost sorting center, you will receive an email with your Track & Trace code.
Did you place an order for an amount above €100? Then we will pay the standard shipping costs for you! (NL & BE only).
Orders placed before 18u00 on working days will be shipped the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Too bad the item is not quite what you had in mind! You can return your order (partially) at your own expense within 14 days of receipt.
Send us a mail with the e-mail address you used to order and your order number. The order number starts with a '#' and consists of 5 digits. Tell us the reason of return and, if necessary, opt for a size exchange. Then choose the desired carrier and payment for the return label will be initiated. If you have chosen the pick-up service, you will receive a message from Bpost. With this option, the return label does not need to be printed. With the other options, it is important that the return label is printed and attached to the box.
When returning your item(s) always ask for proof of shipping with a Track & Trace code and keep it safe! Without this code we cannot do anything for you in case of loss by the shipping company.
- Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt
- The item was not on sale
- The item to be returned must be unworn
- The item to be returned must bear the attached label and be packed in the original packaging
- The item to be returned does not contain any traces of use
- Swimwear can only be returned for hygiene reasons if the hygiene strip has not been removed
- For hygiene reasons, jewelry can only be returned if the original plastic packaging is still intact
You can use the Track & Track code to track whether your return has arrived at our warehouse. After receive of a return, your return will be processed within 14 days and the refund will be activated. You will automatically receive an email with further information about the refund. Always keep the Track & Trace code of your return shipment. Without this code we cannot do anything for you in case of loss by the shipping company. Without an order number or name, processing a return is not possible, so state this clearly on the return form or a separate sheet of paper. If the return shipment is sent to the incorrect return address, the return process will be delayed.
